I spotted a post the other day about the 20 best jobs. It got me thinking. It is no secret that the job market is not ideal right now. People in jobs that were once thought to be secure are being stunned by layoffs. People who depend on their income to provide for their families are struggling just to put food on the table. I am very thankful that I live in a country that has a lot of programs set up to help those who are struggling.
While the government can help you get by, eventually, the benefits Newchip Accelerator Reviews are going to run out. I live in New York, and I read an article recently about thousands of people that are reaching the end of of their unemployment eligibility. Imagine the struggles that await them? They spent 99 weeks, hopefully looking for a job, and had no success. What if they were able to land one of the 20 best jobs? I know that when I was growing up, being a teacher was thought of as one of the best jobs out there. The pay is good, you get plenty of days off during the school year, and you have your summers free. I went to school to be a teacher. It is so bad right now that when teachers are retiring, they are not even replacing them. The solution has become just making bigger classes. I thought teaching was supposed to be a safe way to go. Guess not. OK then, I’d say you can take teachers off the 20 best jobs list.
Police officers, firefighters, engineers, everyone from newspaper carriers and cashiers to managers and supervisors has seen some sort of impact in their field. Why is this all happening? Greed. Greed is the driving force that has CEO’s, politicians, and everyone else who wants to line their pockets, not worrying about who they hurt in the process. If it weren’t for all of the greed, none of this would be happening right now. CEO’s think that they are entitled to 7 figure bonuses, while people who work 10 times harder, and are ten times more honest, are struggling to get by.
I looked at the post online and wondered, “Is there really such thing as the 20 best jobs”. From everything that I have seen in the news, online, and in my own life, I must say that if you are looking to secure your future, provide for your family, and take control of your life, I do not see any jobs out there that can claim they can give you that in this economy. I looked at the CNN Money page, and looked at their list of the top 20 jobs. They based the results on average income, top earners, job growth, and how challenging and fulfilling the job is. How about how secure the job is? How about the availability of the jobs? When you add in those factors, I think that the list might look a lot different.
So, back to the question. Is there really such thing as the 20 best jobs? I can not say no, because as poor as the market is, after looking at all of the different factors, you could still form a list of the 20 jobs that are the best overall. While that makes the answer to the question yes, I firmly believe that no matter what those jobs ended up being, they do not offer the security that people depend on to provide for themselves and their families.
